1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to operate the application:

• Identity data: email address and name, provided when signing in via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.
• Images: clothing photos or outfits you upload for AI generation. These images are processed on our servers and may be temporarily stored during processing.
• Account data: credit balance, transaction history, account creation date.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card numbers or banking details. Only Stripe transaction identifiers are retained.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used to:

• Create and manage your user account.
• Authenticate you securely.
• Generate clothing outfit images using artificial intelligence (ComfyUI).
• Manage your credit balance and purchases.
• Provide technical support when needed.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on contract performance (GDPR Article 6.1.b): data is necessary to provide the Dressed service. For optional communications, the legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6.1.a).

5. Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in France (infrastructure Proxmox/Debian), protected with SSL/TLS encryption. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

6. Data Sharing

We use the following sub-processors:

• Apple Inc. – Authentication via Apple Sign-In. Apple Privacy Policy
• Google LLC – Authentication via Google Sign-In. Google Privacy Policy
• Stripe Inc. – Payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy

These providers act as sub-processors and are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.

7. Data Retention

• Account data: retained as long as your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
• Uploaded images: processed and can be deleted after generation, unless you explicitly save them.
• Payment data: retained for 5 years in accordance with French accounting regulations.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal data.
• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your account and data.
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format.
• Right to object: object to certain processing activities.

9. Cookies

The app uses a strictly necessary session cookie (inpaint_session) for authentication purposes only. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Dressed is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at privacy@neural-studio.fr.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page.
